Payments product leader ·

Ron Lazaro

I build payment products and teach how payments work.

I'm a product leader based in the Chicago area. My work spans enterprise checkout, in-store debit, and the platforms that connect merchants to processors and payment networks. I'm also building FlowPayOps, a venture focused on payments operations and business process outsourcing, and sharing practical guides for people learning payments.

FlowPayOps

Hands-on support for the work behind payments

I'm building FlowPayOps to explore how businesses can get hands-on support for recurring payments work. The idea is to combine payments expertise with a business process outsourcing model, so teams can get help running day-to-day workflows as well as improving them.

Payments explained the way I wish someone had explained them to me.
